Shopping for Bran Cereal
Every box in the cereal aisle touts some sort of health benefits. Many are fortified with vitamins, dehydrated fruits, or — less healthy — tiny marshmallows. Look for whole-grain cereals that are high in fiber. Make these a part of your daily diet and you could see a more stabilized blood sugar level as well as lower cholesterol.
