Organic Grasshopper Brownies
A healthier take on an indulgent favorite, this is an ideal choice to satisfy your sweet tooth without abandoning your commitment to eating organic.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
- 1 10-ounce box organic chocolate biscotti mix
- 2 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons organic butter, melted
- Organic chocolate morsels
- 3 tablespoons organic peppermint flavor
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8″ × 8″ cake pan. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine biscotti mix, eggs, butter, chocolate morsels, and peppermint flavor.
Use an electric mixer set to medium speed to combine ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
