1. Combine all ingredients except confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Spoon into 1″ balls.

2. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F.

3. Remove cookies from fridge. Place confectioners' sugar in a paper bag and add cookies. Shake very gently to coat.

4. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
