Micro-Mug Cake for One by Sarah K. Sawyer

Mix the batter and refrigerate it. Then microwave a cake in your favorite mug whenever you want a warm sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12

  • 1 18.25-ounce box chocolate cake mix plus ingredients called for on box
  • Marshmallow fluff

  1. Mix batter according to instructions on the package; put in an airtight container and refrigerate.

  2. Fill a mug halfway full with batter. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove and dot with marshmallow fluff. Allow to stand 2 minutes before eating.
