Peanut Butter Cup Fondue
This less-formal version of the elegant chocolate fondue sneaks a little protein into the mix. This fondue is served at a cooler temperature, and you can use your fingers to dunk the cake.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8
- 1 18.25-ounce box angel food cake plus ingredients called for on box
- 1 12-ounce package chocolate morsels
- ½ cup peanut butter
Prepare and bake cake according to cake mix instructions. Cut cake into cubes.
Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler or fondue pot. Stir in peanut butter.
Pour into a serving bowl and serve.
