Peanut Butter Cup Fondue

This less-formal version of the elegant chocolate fondue sneaks a little protein into the mix. This fondue is served at a cooler temperature, and you can use your fingers to dunk the cake.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8

  • 1 18.25-ounce box angel food cake plus ingredients called for on box
  • 1 12-ounce package chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  1. Prepare and bake cake according to cake mix instructions. Cut cake into cubes.

  2. Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler or fondue pot. Stir in peanut butter.

  3. Pour into a serving bowl and serve.
