Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS | MAKES 24 CUPCAKES

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 18.25-ounce box red velvet cake mix
  • 1 12-ounce bag chocolate chips
  • 1 12-ounce can lemon-lime soda pop
  • 1 12-ounce tub ready-to-spread sour cream frosting
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.

  2. Combine egg whites, cake mix, chocolate chips, and soda in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
