Peanut Butter Icing
Slightly reminiscent of the filling of a Buckeye or peanut butter cup, this icing is so easy the kids can make it themselves.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
Use an electric mixer to cream peanut butter and butter.
Slowly incorporate cream, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Use this mixture to frost cooled cake.
