Heart-Shaped Cupcakes

Want an easy way to show you care? These cupcakes are perfect for showers, parties, and Valentine's Day. If you don't have marbles, use aluminum foil rolled into marble-sized balls.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 24

  • Glass marbles
  • 1 18.25-ounce box cake mix plus ingredients called for on box
  • 1 16-ounce tub red or pink frosting
  1. Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.

  2. Place one marble on the outside of each cupcake cup so that a dent is formed, creating a heart-shaped baking cup.

  3. Mix batter according to instructions. Pour batter into baking cups. As cakes rise, they will form heart-shaped tops.

  4. Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting.
