Freshest Fruit

Fruit looks luscious when you slice it but can wilt and become brown shortly thereafter. To keep it looking plump, fresh, and juicy, consider tossing the cut fruit with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a dash of a fruit-preserving product. Either of these will help. However, the best way to ensure that fruit looks fantastic is to slice it as close to serving time as possible.
