Chocolate Bundt Cake
The blend of real chocolate morsels and flavorful vanilla pudding are the power combination that enhances the flavor of this favorite cake.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8
- 1 18.25-ounce box marble cake mix
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 3.9-ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 16-ounce tub prepared frosting
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Reserve 1 cup of the batter. Pour the rest into the prepared bundt pan. In a small bowl, combine the reserved cup of batter with the chocolate powder.
Fold chocolate chips into chocolate mixture. Spoon chocolate mixture on top of batter.
Cut through each spoonful of chocolate mixture a few times with a knife to create a marbled batter.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool completely before turning onto serving platter to frost.
