Peanut Butter Cookies
This lunchbox classic is a favorite with the whole family, and this recipe is a cinch to whip up.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 24 COOKIES
- 1 18-ounce box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use a teaspoon to drop balls of cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Laying the tines of a fork across the top of each cookie, press down to create a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes on the warm cookie sheet.
Remove cookies to a wire rack and let cool completely.
