The amount of time it takes to complete a judicial foreclosure varies from state to state, and from case to case. Some states require a longer time, while others move the process faster.

Part of the determination of the time it takes is what the borrower is or is not doing. The borrower might be doing everything possible to delay the foreclosure. Or the borrower might just give up, surrender the deed and the keys, move, and hope the whole thing is over soon.
