Foreclosure Listing Services
There are some companies that provide foreclosure listings. For a subscription fee, their service provides you with an updated list of foreclosures. Their sources for the information are the same as what is available to you: public legal notices and documents filed in the courthouse. Of course, the service saves you the time and inconvenience of daily visits to the courthouse.
There are many of these types of services offered via the Internet. Before you sign up for an extended period, purchase only a trial period of a foreclosure list service. See if it generates good leads in your area. Make sure you can easily cancel the service, too.

Some title companies offer foreclosure lists for clients. The advantage of using a daily generated list is that you get the information before others. For example, the information you get from the listing service might be published within a week, but you have had the information and been able to make earlier contact than others relying on public published lists in the daily newspaper or the legal newspaper.
