Renting Instead of Buying

Wait — doesn't this section say just the opposite of everything the last section touted? It does, but owning a house isn't for everyone — nor is it always the most economical way to go.

If you're planning to live in an area for two years or less, if you live in an area that has very high real-estate costs, or if interest rates are quite high, stick to renting for a while.
