Comparing the positive versus the negative words is a good way to understand the differences in Portuguese and English. Here is a list of these expressions:

Change all the positive sentences into negative ones. Use the words that you just learned above. Check your answers in Appendix C.

MODEL: Eu já vi o filme. (I already saw the movie.)

Eu ainda não vi o filme. (I did not see the movie yet.)
