It’s one thing to know how to rein in (or let loose with) your body language; it’s another to understand how the way you dress affects your nonverbal communication. Not only is clothing one of the first things other people notice about you—one of those facets of appearance that’s up for judgment—what you’re wearing (and how you wear it) can also affect the way you feel about yourself, which in turn affects the way you present yourself to others and the way they interpret your body language.
