Gutter-Ball Subs
From Theme: Jack and Jill Showers for Couples: Lucky Strike!
SERVES 8
INGREDIENTS
- 32 (2″) meatballs (store-bought or from your favorite recipe)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 8 (6″) sub buns
- 16 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat the meatballs in the sauce.
Open the buns flat and line them with provolone cheese.
Put 4 meatballs with sauce on each sandwich.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of meatballs.
Heat sandwiches in the oven at 350ºF until cheese melts.
