- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Make the salad dressing by whisking together oregano, oil, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss lettuce with dressing and put in a serving bowl.
Scatter vegetables and cheese over the dressed lettuce.
