Cake-Mix Cookies

Yields 36–40 Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients to form a soft dough.
Using your hands, form the dough into small balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased baking sheets, spacing the balls about 2″ apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until delicately browned. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before removing to racks to cool completely.
