- 4 (4-ounce) vanilla pudding cups
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 8 slices frozen pound cake, thawed
- 3 cups fresh mixed fruit salad
In medium bowl, combine pudding and ricotta cheese; mix well until smooth.
Cube the pound cake and layer with the pudding mixture and salad in a large glass bowl or in individual cups.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
