Mustard Dill Dip
For mustard lovers! This easy dip packs a punch. Serve it with hot cooked meatballs, crudités, and crackers.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons coarse brown mustard
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving to blend flavors.
There are literally dozens of mustard types. You can find honey mustard, horseradish mustard, classic yellow mustard, spicy brown mustard, and Dijon mustard in the regular grocery store. There are also ethnic mustards, like German mustard, which is spicy; English mustard, which is very hot; and Chinese mustard, also very hot.
